@riot fearless How do S5 jungle changes help junglers that Arnt as popular because of their kit?

Recently I read the new jungle changes planned for S5 and riot fearless' explanation of how it will help bring more jungle diversity and encourage new styles of play. While I think those changes are great and can't wait to try them out, I am wondering about if these changes would be enough to incentivize a player from using different junglers over ones like lee sin or kha'zix. The new jungle camps and items sound like they help a bit to encourage new champs instead of the now prominent use of champions who clear fast and gank lanes like Lee sin, Elise, Rengar and Kha'zix. But the problem is only partially aliviated because the junglers I mentioned before have a surpirior move kit to the less used junglers. Champions that farm till 6 before becoming good do seem to receive help in this update and might see a rise in popularity, but champions like Xin Zhao for example arnt played at higher skill levels because they simply lack a disengage unlike all the currently top used junglers. Some champions just arnt used because they lack something, be it disengage or engage in a role that really values those. I guess I'm just wondering if those thing are being taken into account because I'd love the jungle to be open to a myriad of champions to allow everyone to play their favorite jungler, and thanks for your guys hard work and am looking forward to those announced changes.
