If cho's spikes proc the spector so should teemos e ability!!!!!!!

i have played a lot of champs, suito. I spend 5 skill points on an ability it should proc the spector. cho graths spikes proc the spector. and they hit every where????? where is your logic and not letting teemos e ablitiy proc??????? if a constain damage like shys flames proc the spector? and another thing it procs with malphs damage over time visions???? and that is way worse. a now they are slowed by visions b, now they are slowed by summons, they slicienced. slowed again. they visions slow you then minions.??? see where i am going with this? then does his e ability proc deathfire???? and the mask????? becasuse i know old malph does,,, so does the dragon,..... please give me some inteligent feed back thank you

And why does not the fiddles crows that siliance proc the mastery sheild?

Because Strength of the Colossus procs only on HARD CC.

Which means, only the CCs that practically stun the enemy will proc it.

Knockup will proc it (enemy can't do anything). Silence will not, cause it's soft CC (enemy can move and attack). Stun will proc it. Slow will not (enemy can still do everything they're just slower). Charm and fear will proc it (enemy can't do anything). Blind or disarm will not.

Well. First of all, what the actual f*ck is "the spector". Do you mean Deathfire Touch? If so, Teemo's poison does not proc it because it doesn't count as a spell effect. It doesn't proc the item 3116 slow and it doesn't proc item 3151 DPS. For the same reason, it does not proc Deathfire Touch.

Shyvana's flames are not something that procs for 4 seconds on every autoattack. If Teemo's poison procced spell effects it would be broken.

And considering you speak of "damage over time" you probably mean Malzahar , not Malph Malphite . And yes. His E and his W are activatable abilities with a manacost and cooldown, so they do apply all spell effects. And yes, the synergy with Deathfire Touch, Rylai's and Liandry's is very good. You get slowed, 3 different DoTs on you and possibly silenced or even suppressed.
