What to do when teammates are doing troll picks in ranked?

Like Viktor adc, speedy tank Teemo mid, Caitlyn top, and they did extremely bad. They are usually getting wrecked on lane and being useless in team fight. The worst part is you can't even report them coz they are not trolling on purpose. That's how they play the game. Can we get like free dodge when teammate are doing troll picks?

People do that on purpose to make u lose ur ranked series games .. theres nothing u can do about it because butthurt kids.... tho its always best to hold off on doing ranked for quite some time not right away after it hits.. maby wait a month or 2
