Too many instalocks? Feeding Team? - Blind Pick Queue Unbalanced, Riot should promote Team Builder!

Hey guys, I'm Twisted Killerz, yes I'm only level 14, but I think I have a voice in this issue on behalf of all the unrankeds (the noobs :D). Since Team Builder, I've thought it was a great thing, you could be more organised, but now, the people using team builder has become less and less, as the queue gets even longer, in effect even less people play it. Team builder eliminates the teams with 5 adc's, or 5 tanks, or the trolls that instalock. You can find a perfect team where you would be accepted. Also, do you sometimes end up (as people "called it first") with a bad lane or role that you have never played before?

First of all I think Riot should encourage Team Builder by adding rewards (ip or exp) for using Team Builder. People (who are reading this) should use Team Builder. Also, they should add more features to Team Builder, like you can request team with a certain champ on it. Let's say you were a , and you know you work well with . So you can request for a on your team. And it would be 100% fair as both teams get the advantage. And as they promote it more and more, the queues would be as fast as the blind pick queues (now) so it won't take a long time.

Riot could also do When more people use Team Builder, leaders (or players on the team) gets to choose between 3-5 summoners for that role. People may also be able to call out roles but not champs so they can synergies in the queue.

Why Riot needs to do these People don't play Team Builder cause it sucks, but cause really little play it. So this negative chain reaction would be Less people playing -> Long queue -> Even less people playing... We want to make it Reward for Team Builder -> More People Playing -> Better teams -> Less Feeders/trollers -> Even more people playing it... Also, in Champ select, if you quit, there would be a penalty, but it really isn't your faule right, it's just that you got a bad team, so promoting Team Builder would be a great idea for all of the people, a win-win

Other Things Riot Could Do Integrate Team builder into other forms of games (except ARAM and some others) so people can have a better experience.
