Something better than Chroma-Packs should've been added! This would make so much more money

How awesome would it be if we were given the option of customizing our in-game HUD? Like if, with every champion mastery, unlocked a unique champion HUD portion as a reward, as well as being able to purchase a champion specific HUD? I would definitely prefer spending money on that than those odd chroma packs, and I feel like Riot would benefit more from this too. Thoughts?
