Actually, not really. Not even close dude. You can roam and still CS, as well as doing all of the other various things that are required and help to get an S. It's called "being a good player".

I play Pantheon a lot, would even go as far as to call him my top lane "main", and I get an S on him almost every game I play him... top lane, jg, or whereever. Almost every game I get a kda like yours, and substantially more farm. It's actually extremely EASY to get an S with him.

But I also know what it takes to get one. If this is your result, then you're doing something wrong. Which I'd say is a correct assumption, since you're taking TP on freaking pantheon...

Hes the jungler, his CS is being compared to other players that played gragas jungle. 113 cs is damn awful for a toplaner in 33 minutes... take a look at le blanc CS, thats how yours should look like

you got outfarmed by a leblanc and a jungle gragas. You don't deserve an S lol

Yeah, well, I didn't mean this in terms of saying you're bad for these aspects, no. Riot did. Those and wards as another person noted are all part of the equation to getting an S+. I personally have never gotten an S+ (that, or I might have gotten a single one, idk).

But here's the deal, if you were ganking bot so much,you should have had several dragons under your belt, you should have warded properly, and you could have easily helped destroy their turrets and midlane turrets. Even getting a little farm here and there would have given you more farm than you got. So I actually do agree with Riot, you didn't really earn an S+
