I am not sure if this has been addressed or not; however, I just want to get a feel for what the community thinks. Is it viable now with the E poison debuff to max Q and still get the same damage output (if not more) than just maxing E? I would assume E would still be more, but I don't have any stats to back that up.
Anyone have any info on this?
Definetevely E. At level 3 you can deal decent damage with Q->EEE. However, care about positioning because you're vulnerable when using E.
Obviously you max E The scaling is better and it heals you You can spam it 3 times per Q
Even pre rework, Cass who max E did more dmg than those who max Q. Q was just more popular because she did it from safety and didn't require her to force trades
You still have to max E, because the mana refund mechanics in getting mana back on last hit cast with E allow you to stay there in lane longer.
Q damage is too low still to be maxed.
I have done a math before, iirc, maxing E still give you more damage than maxing Q, even though Q damages increased by 40%
Word. So I guess the only thing I'll be concerned about is maybe when I'm fighting someone I want to keep away from, I'll go to Q, but otherwise I'll stay on E. 'Preciate the advice, guys.
Also, the biggest change about her E is the poison detection. Back in pre rework, if you cast Q, you have to wait for poison to apply, otherwise if you use E to quick, you don't get the reset, hence why most Cass would use W then Q which is perfectly timed that by the time you cast WQE, they are already poisoned.
Now, you can cast Q+e instantly and still get the reset on E
Depends on the matchup and your runes. Immobile enemies while you're using MS quints: Q Else E.
I have to admit that I regularly max E anyway. Simply because I am a bad lasthitter with mages (shame on me).
