What bizzare stupidity is going through your minds when you decided to grant a champion who's main and HARSHEST Dps is Twin fangs the ability to cast it without reusing movement. This is an atrocity. You think a champion that requires a skill cap thats rather high wouldn't be allowed such a bad advantage. Cassiopea's skillcap is now that of Yi. Very very low. You might as well make her a 450 champ if you're so content with this change. I was not the one laned against such stupidity, I've seen the ridiculous amount of damage she can do by pressing one button as fast as possible. She required a fair knowledge of kiting to use and now she is practically saying, "Who needs to know how to kite? Push in one direction and then press E" Kindred was already pushing the boundaries on easy kiting and now this is just breaking it down and taking the largest dump on the shattered remains that are the boundaries.
