Riven is a problem. Some possible fixes as well.

Okay, so shield cooldown should be raised. I've had escape ignite too many times because of the extremely low cooldown on her shield. Her cast time cancellation is also a problem. She can increase her Attack speed essentially with all her abilities, this cast time cancellation should be nerfed in some way. Her ult gives her way to much damage as well. Some will auto you twice and throw her projectile and kill you. How is that even remotely fair for a champion with a massive shield, cast time cancellation, and a stun... I just wish riot would do something about her...

Let's throw 3 huge nerfs at riven which has a loyal playerbase with a balanced 51% on people who are good at her and main her. Why do you think riot hasn't touched her yet her mains aren't pulling insane numbers higher than 52% if her mains win rate raises to let's say 54-56% she will be nerfed till than you gotta hope to hell her mains do that or else she won't get nerfed case closed.

Riven has needed to be nerfed since she was released. IMO, the most OP hero in the game. Sure, she can be countered, but you basically have to build to counter her more calculatedly than pretty much any other hero.

Oh don't worry.

Gameplay and Balance thinks Riven is weak/balanced because most players in Gameplay and Balance cannot play Riven at all.

Edit: I'm surprised I don't have a downvote in 5 minutes. Give the downvotes though, and continue to believe that Riven doesn't have the most unique mechanic in League through post-cast delay cancellation. Let's call that post-cast delay instead of cast point because Riven gets locked in place after Ki Burst effects activate, not before.
