@Xypherous 5.13 Spell Vamp/AP items and Mordekaiser state

Introduction: I wrongly asked about this to Ironstylus in a previous thread. Realizing my mistake I made this new one asking to the the one who actually talked about this.

So I've just read about the changes which are going to be sperimented about AP items and, more importantly, Spell Vamp. What came out from that chat is like that the only champions who will be affected by thosre will be Swain and Vlad while there has been no word about Mordekaiser while it's pretty clear that any change in his build makes or brakes him more than any rework could possibly do.

Now, the Rilay's and Ludens changes seem to benefit him (in his CURRENT state) while the change to Spell Vamp looks very... foggy... and I can't really understand if it's going to be another thing Morde must build but will be less effective anyway (as it is building Spirit Visage after the HP regen nerf) or something he will gladly welcome.

Also, what has been bothering me a lot about Mordekaiser's state is the utter and unbreakable silence about his rework, Riot's happyness with him, balance state, etc. There has been more talks about Lore rather then him after the rework has been driven out from.. 4 (5?) PBEs ago and there has been neither a "He is fine as it is, the rework isn't happening unless things get extremely weird" kind of answer.

In conclusion, I'd like to know your vision about him and if there are plans for him within Riot.
