Riot should consider how to use overflowed IP more practically for indivisual

I'm an user who has been playing lol for 3 years. This account is original and I have 215448 IP and it is totally redundant. I think it would be more practical and useful if Riot let users allow to use this IP as RP such as converting IP to RP. I don't mean IP:RP=1:1, it should be with some practical rate for your business. You have smart people and I believe that it would make more users and let them love more lol and Riot. Sorry for misspelling, individual. It doesn't allow me to edit the title.
