20 Min q's from co-op vs AI games

I live in an area where we have some problems from time to time... Like we have something where the power cuts off due to load-shedding. My PC also gives some trouble from time to time (My fps drops from 60 to 01 or the whole game won't launch) and I have left games due to these reasons even though I have tried my best to restart the game or get my fps back to normal.

So the other day I saw that I might have a chance of serious lag so I went into the co-op vs AI game mode (not custom game) and as I expected I started lagging and my game crashed. I tried everything to restart the game but it would only load up until 60% before it crashed again and i had to restart my launcher, this happened about 2 times. The 3rd time I tried the game was finished and I was taken back to the launcher only to see that I have been put in lower priority q's.

Would it be possible to remove the lower priority q's from CO-OP vs AI? Because I knew that I might leave a game due to my PC lagging I played the CO-OP vs AI so that I would not receive these 'bans' but I still did at the end of the game. Now because I left a bot game due to my PC I have to wait 20 min to play a normal game with my friends.
