Wow, just because salty people complain about champions on boards instead of learning to play against it doesn't mean we all agreed they need nerfs.

Riot learned the forums cannot be trusted with balance a long time ago.
Especially with Evlynn. Turns out nerffing a champion to shit will make them shit, and that doesn't improve the game one bit.

Nerffing champions to a useless state that the NA boards find remotely annoying to deal with is how we end up with only 10 champions that are competitive-worthy. Is that what you want? It's not like any top lanners aren't a pain in the dick to deal with either. They're all annoying in their own special way.
I'm also pretty sure most people would rather the 100+ champions in LoL (and there off-builds) were perfectly balanced rather than all the ones remotely capable of causing crybabies to get salty being unplayable. A big part of LoL's appeal is the personal customization it allows, as well as the competitive nature with tryhard mode needing to be engaged at all times. Nerffing a champion to garbage-tier is anathema to both of those tings.
have you looked at the way they are buffing her?
Yes it means she will be more of a threat early to mid game but it is not like she is getting 100 more damage at level 2 every time she trades.
Yes it is a .4/.3/.2/.1/0 bonus AD ratio increase on Lunge. But considering that she will likely not have more then 60 bonus AD before level 9 unless feed like crazy it she will not be that over the top.
Take her level 1 and give her this buff on top of the 23 AD from runes and doran blade. This buff is giving her a grand total of .4 more damage for rank 1 lunge.
This is not going to break Fiora in the slightest.
