Can we revert the Maokai rework?

Maokai was in a much more balanced spot then he is now. He did a fair amount of damage for a tank, his healing wasn't busted early, and his W wasn't wonky. His ultimate also negated a percentage of all incoming damage to his team. Isn't that what we need more of in this power creep game? There is way too much damage in this game and giving maokai his old ult back would help with the insane damage everyone is dealing.
