A Crazy Anivia Fan's Opinion on her Chnges

When the patch started, I saw dozens of threads trashing champs after there review. Most of them I had no concern for, since I never played the champ in the first place (Yeah I'm gonna miss Viktor though) But then threads came around saying that my beautiful Anivikins was also gutted. Multiple threads about how she is no longer who she used to be, And Something inside me died. Worried, I went to LoL and played a match with her.

At First I didn't noticed any difference. I had some satisfaction with that....... Then I got my Ult. I'll admit I love the idea of the size increasing, But that starting size was scary at a first glance. When I play Anivia, I don't go Flash on her. Yes, I said that. Because when your good with landing your Q,W, and especially your ult, You have more escapes then you'll ever need. So seeing the new ult scared me. I started to fall behind, and eventually started loseing lane. (I was against a Malzahar.) Later in the match though, I eventually started to understand her. That, and how effective her lagte game with the CC-Scaleing and all that. But I started to enjoy her again, She Still felt like my Anivikins. People are saying how she was gutted, But truthfully yes she isn't in as good a shape, But it's far from her being dead. She still plays her role well, and is extremely fun to play.

Overall, After I adjusted to using her ult, She simply didn't feel as bad. Yes she isn't perfect how she is now, but she isn't dead. And to those who DO think she's dead, (Don't worry. She's a Phoenix, She'll be back in no time. :P ) Serious again now, Try her again. Learn to adjust to her ult then see how you feel.

EDIT- Getting used to her was a Mix of hitting late game, and understanding her Ult, to those who think this was purely because of late game.
