Veigar Re-work

Veigar is incredibly broken. He is able to 100-0 and mid laner that uses AP. The fact that his ult has insane scaling ratios that are also based off your own is ridiculous. Any Veigar (over level 6) is able to kill any AP champion despite how fed they are. He offers no counter play because the more AP you build, the more damage he does to you in return. He also offers no counter play in the sense that we cannot counter his combo ( something along the lines of stun, q, dark matter, Ulti), in which you are stunned for a few seconds, which is plenty enough time for him to pull off his easy combo. His stun is easy to use, decently long ranged, and has the power to stun all 5 enemies if they are in a closed space, such as dragon pit, baron pit, or in the jungle. He also cannot be allowed to farm, meaning you have to be aggressive to try to deny Veigar of stacks he gets when he farms. By late game, Veigar is able to 1-shot any champion with around 2300 health or less, as well as having around 600-700 AP with less AP items then most Mid laners. My point is that he has no counter play. Being a Mid laner, i know that Veigar is probably the cheapest champion, because I can do nothing to escape once he presses his stun, as well as his main damage coming from on-click abilities. Once stunned i only have 2 seconds to to watch as my once-full HP bar turns black and my screen goes gray. There is no counter play for a midlaner, unless my support miraculously appears with a M. crucible whenever im stunned or if i manage to build a banshee's as my 1st or 2nd item (no-one ever does). Perhaps an entire re-work isn't necessary, maybe just changing his stun to a snare or a slow would be enough to give us a chance to counter or disrupt his combo or at least let us away. I know Riot has been getting rid of Champion abilities that offer "No Counter-play" (Kassidin , Talon , etc) so hasn't Veigar's stun or 1000 dmg ult been targeted or changed? Cause we all no that once that pentacle stun is laid down, we can do nothing but sit back and wait for the screen to turn grey. Agree or disagree, tell me what you think and vote this up.
