Heimer / Veigar

Build MR for Veigar. You know a lot of his damage is unavoidable, so tankiness is the answer. That and Tenacity or Mercurial's, a lot of Veigar's damage is loaded in the meteor, which is incredibly easy to avoid without his cage.

Which version of Heimer's ult?

Veigar and Heirm’s ults both take a fairly long time to “summon” on the live servers. The ms of veigar’s speed starts out slow then ramps up in speed dramatically. And Heirm’s ult activates immediately, but the cast time for the enhanced abilities are very slow too. The empowered Q takes a sec to build and has a very slow AS. the rockets do have a faster cast time and faster ms, but they are easily avoidable with dashes/blinks or the use of untargetable abilities/effect (like Zhonya’s, current Kayle ult or Fizz’s trickster ability). The grenade takes a little while to land for the first bounce. Idk if this is still in the game, but I think I remember seeing a little outline on the location where the grenade will land. You can use this to your advantage to dodge and not walk/dash into the first grenade bounce or the subsequent bounces after the first bounce.

Btw this is my personal opinion of the cast times because I played these two champs before. You are fine with disagreeing to what I feel but do it in a way that doesn’t flame or insult me/anybody else.
