I, agree! She is weak. Riot needs to change something. revert the change or something.
They could either revert the 50% damage to minions or give her AOE on Q back. Not that difficult to fix her yet they act like it's god damn rocket science smh.
I think buffing Taliyah is a horrible idea. Taliyah is one of those champion like Nid or Azir where if you're good at them, you just have way too much out play potential. I think Taliyah is fine where she is and I've seen her on S tier in the jungle tier list and mid tier list for a while now. Sucks that she's pretty much only good in high elo, but we have champions like teemo who are only good in low elo so whos really complaining?

Hah. Ok, I don't even play this champ very often, but let me get this straight. They decided to remove AOE. Compensation? She does full damage to everything except champions.
Few months later "Hey, let's halve her damage against everything, there's no reason why she should do full damage, right? What do we compensate for that? LesS TIme oN wORkEd GroUnD yEah THat'S GREAT!"
So now, she doesn't do AOE, AND she can't clear waves or camps, because she doesn't do damage, and also can only hit one thing at a time. And since she's mostly played jungle now the worked ground change hardly does anything for her. Thank you, Rito, for your amazing balance.

Actually she was made to be a traditional mage with very little comboing in her kit.
Taliyah is tier 2 jg on op.gg...
but she's not even on the mid tier list..............
