Fix placements

If you make a new account, win all your placements with A+ or whatever, you still get placed in bronze 1... why . Just got a friend into league like 3 weeks ago, he already has the whole concept down, hated the thought of mobas everytime he saw gameplay he would just say it was alot of cartoons throwing flashy spells and shit, but since im N.A and he's EU and my job schedule changed we can't really play together all the time so i can't rly help him get out of bronze, and it's unreal that you can actually be stuck in bronze no matter how good you are, why can't placements be like in csgo, where even if your on a new account, depending how good you do you get placed anywhere.

This is just me ranting because he got 14 day suspended cus everyone in this game has downs
