Anyone else think these Quinn changes are a huge nerf to the champion.

Oh poor poor I'm a quinn adc main and I think they just completely made adc quinn useless. They took away her Blind which will make her laning phase a bit harder, depending on how much damage we are looking at with her new W. They completely changed her ult to where you cant even attack as Valor anymore. Valor was what made me a Quinn main because I could just shout "KAAAKAWWWWWW" when you dove in and deleted their adc. With all these nerfs and changes it's hard to see any buffs that were made. Out of all the abilities in her kit, Riot left her W they same but now they have to remove passives from it cause it was Valor related. Now I know there aren't a lot of Quinn mains or even players out there, but Rito pls, can we at least have the blind back. Or Valor,

Pretty much how I feel about this, I still remember the countless threads on how bad Lee Sin was on release. So many posts saying he is fun to play but just to weak to do anything.

Then riot give him a quality of life buff making his Q dash more responsive or something and the complaints intensified that they were doing nothing to help the champion and just didn't care. Riot said to hold on, they felt that people just had not caught on to what Lee was capable of yet, and the community raged that Riot would assume they did not correctly know how to play the newest champion.

A two months later after no real changes and he was considered a god tier champion capable of every role and the epitome of what a jungler should be.

Give it time people, we probably won't have an idea of the real extent of change until a few months after this patch has landed, and as of now it is still in PBE.

I am playing her on PBE. It isnt a nerf, ITs a rework. Now she cannot be played as assasin D: It is actually weak, but riot is buffing her. The new ult is good at lv 3 since you can spam it so you dont lose tfs and can go farm

Her ult was always good at level 3. The cool down made it bad at early levels, now its the mana cost.

Nothing was changed except being able to be offensive.

I mean, this new ult at lv 3 doesnt cost mana, has no CD and becomes quinn in the fastest champ on LoL

Well see it that way : they want adc to dominate next season. Quinn was a good anti-adc. They nerfed Quinn because we can't have a champ blinding our adc because it'll stop him to regen his life with all those new heals they got for free.

I expect teemo and jax to lose their blind/dodge.

So you are saying that if they left her the same, everyone would play her to counter the new adcs. That makes sense. I'm just sad to see her go item 3070 Quinn
