Anyone else think these Quinn changes are a huge nerf to the champion.

Oh poor poor I'm a quinn adc main and I think they just completely made adc quinn useless. They took away her Blind which will make her laning phase a bit harder, depending on how much damage we are looking at with her new W. They completely changed her ult to where you cant even attack as Valor anymore. Valor was what made me a Quinn main because I could just shout "KAAAKAWWWWWW" when you dove in and deleted their adc. With all these nerfs and changes it's hard to see any buffs that were made. Out of all the abilities in her kit, Riot left her W they same but now they have to remove passives from it cause it was Valor related. Now I know there aren't a lot of Quinn mains or even players out there, but Rito pls, can we at least have the blind back. Or Valor,
