These are mostly from what I notice and what is played in most high ranking games I watch. I am a support main and these always work the best

Now hypercarries such as varies. They can go well with any support as long as their support counters the other support. In which if i see an alistar I will pick a zyra or braum. If i see a thresh I would pick a naut or braum. If i see a karma or lulu or sona i pick a zyra. if i see a sona or morgana i pick a naut or or zyra. If they pick blitz I pick braum or naut

It depends on the composition. Also I am not taking into consideration junglers since that further complicates things. I had one match against a vayne devourere jungle camping bot (thresh + trist) I couldnt do shit as a naut. bc if i focused on one adc the other would run rampage.

/ + These champions can consistently proc Braum's stun. Furthermore, Jinx can chain a chompers immediately after the stunning the enemy and Lucian's low CD dash allows Braum to use Stand Behind Me offensively as Lucian dashes in.

+ / / Vayne's early game power isn't as strong as some ADCs. She fares well against most ADCs, but some with high burst such as or can be extremely problematic to deal with. For this reason, it is better to pair her with supports that can peel for her in case she does run into high burst ADCs and boost her already impressive solo power.

+ One of the scariest bot lane combos. If you get hit by a Leona Zenith Blade level 2 or 3, it is GG. Graves have enough burst to win almost any trade in lane, and Leona makes sure he can maximize his damage and prevents anyone from running away.

+ Blitzcrank makes up for Vayne's lack of early power. Vayne can easily chain a Condemn into a Rocket Grab, allowing for insane amount of CC time. (Very similar to the Graves and Leona combo)

+ / Jinx can chain her chompers on top of CC from the support, 'nuff said.

+ 1 shot the enemy with your Axes

+ Tristana can actually be paired with most supports. However, Tristana and Janna combo can push down turrets extremely fast.

Any ADC + Can't go wrong with Thresh

+ MF is one of the few champions that can beat and early. Bard can hold them down for her to do so.

There are of course plenty more effective combos. Some supports like Nami works in almost every situation. Other supports like Morgana works better as a counter pick to certain champions. Likewise, some ADCs such as Ashe is simply effective with most supports.

Any ADC will work with any support and any support will also work with any ADC. It's a matter of how you play those champ and knowing your limits and understanding your matchup and that comes with a lot of soloq.

Flay passive and Kali w means insta win lane. Kali ult into thresh box is a good combo for teamfights. Lantern plus Kali passive means she is basically un kill able. My favorite combo so far.
