Riot [Plz do sth to those so called youtube streamers and unsportsman spirit players in solo duo!]

So I am having a really frustrating solo rank just this afternoon all because there is a so called youtube streamer on my team. What I have got is a youtube jinx top streamers duo with the ad twitch on my side. At the very beginning of the ban pick period, instead of trying to win the game or get a better team fight structure, they already begin to talk about how to make this game looks fun for audience. There is no doubt that all players would deserve a right to try all champs with weird build and different positions. After all playing game is to have some fun with you spare time. (It also turns out to be a big success for Ap Yi instead of Ad Yi , Tf Mid instead of Tf Ad etc). But I would never agree that means we have to tolerate those so called streamers or pioneer who mess up everyone's game just because they want to attract or amuse their audience with conspicuous titles. ( For instance, 'ad bard jg from bronze to diamond','jinx top only till get into plat' etc) League might be a public MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) game that is free for all gamers to download and play, but it does not mean that this is a free platform for those unsportsman spirit players to gain profit from it. I do personally spent near 1k for the purchased items and other stuffs about this game. And I know many people who are spend larger amount or massive time on league. We paid our money and time to Riot for this free game is because we enjoyed spending our time playing it.
We are not paid this company for just send some random guy in our solo que who just want to massed everything so that he can gain his pocket money from those streaming websites. Riot is a huge international E-sport company. Lacking of manage members and relevant budget are no longer a convincing excuse for all those masses that happened in the solo que now. Plz do sth to fix the solo que environment and do it quickly, before players regret spending our time and money on it. (PS: I do heard that in Chinese server, they were already using a In-game Player Judgement System,"裁决之镰"，that allow all 10 players in current rank game voted together to judge all the abnormal behaved players in this game. And if over half of the player felt that he or she is messing everything up, this account will be automatically being banned for first time 3 days and a warning till permanently removed from server. So plz do sth like that or invent a new system(honor system you put in next patch def not a thing), I mean arent you guys all belonged to the same tencent company?)
