You have just buffed annie. This is the most unthinkable thing you can possibly do. For how easy she is to play, she is incredibly strong. At least now that 
is gone she wont just be able to then ult and you get insta-killed. But i feel like she will still be super over powered with her one skill shot and her other two insta-kill click abilities. Early game she is kind of useless, but she can easily carry teams late game.
