High Ping After Patch 10.3

Ping almost doubled since I updated to new patch. Went from 40 to 70. Tried full repair, restarting router, and restarting computer. Any fix?

Been having similar problems. was around 70 Pre patch. Little bit hire post patch, but i'm spike into 100s multiple times per game.

I'm usually around 24. Was having around 60-80 all last night. Many jumps to 100-200. Thought it was just me.

Should post your ISPs, maybe it's related to your providers and the routing.
