League Banning process

Hello riot, I have been playing league for a while and I have to say that you should not allow your own teammates to ban anyone their teammates have hovered. Two times already, someone has banned the champ I was going to play and insult me and make fun of me. Not only is this very very annoying, but I can't do anything about it after I dodge. Please fix this problem. It ruins the experience I have for this game.

At the very least a Warning should pop up. I think its overall a QOL change to just remove the ability to ban thou no doubt many players will whine about teammates Letting OP champions thru.

There is an argument against it, in that it can be abused to troll (by letting through busted champs for the other team), but the truth is that trolls are going to troll no matter what weapons they have available.

Honestly, this is a good idea.
