When Illaoi casts her R, her W is reduced to a 2 second cd while her ult is active. But if Illaoi has 30% cdr, say Black Cleaver and Spirit Visage, it's at a 2.8 cd already, down to a** 2.4 cd with 40% cdr**. Would it not make more sense to have her R reduce her W cd by 50% while its active, or something?

Well she does broken amounts of dmg, the only thing it would help is to stick to carries, because there is an insane amount of mobility and peel. They would have to nerf the percentage dmg her W would do and AD scaling It would be a good buff though. It's hard to buff someone with insane AD scalin and AOE Except riven of course
