Charge ability delay's

I really don't know about other players but it seems that every champion that has a Charge ability has a few second delay after letting go of the mouse button after holding it down this causes me to miss ability's or the ability's themselves wont trigger and go on cooldown i think this is a very stupid mechanic to have one where the ability's of a champion isn't responsive to the player's command so i'm making this post in hopes that this gets changed
