Question about Guinsoos & statikk shiv/rapid firecannon

Hi, I had a question about the, if there is any, synergy between guinsoos rageblade and statikk shiv/rapid fire cannon.

UNIQUE – GUINSOO'S RAGE: Every other basic attack will trigger on-hit effects an additional time.

So if my statikk shiv is 100, and i basic attack with guinsoos rage, does it proc 2 times? If yes, does that 2nd proc also crit if the first one does?

Also: Does the extra "on hit effect" from guinsoos rage count as a basic attack to charge statikk shiv quicker?

Its too hard to follow with my own eyes honestly, And I cant really find it anywhere.

No, once used the charges are consumed. Rageblade might stack it up to 100 faster though.

Nope, because it's an effect that requires a charge, same goes for trinity force, you have one charge that will be consumed upon being triggered by the auto, once you lost it you have to gain it again meeting the necessary condition (stacking up the 100 charges for the proc or casing a spell and so forth...)
