What are the effects of Rakan's "R". I know it charms but doesnt say for how long or exactly what the charm does. I know Ahri's
charm brings them in her direction and the time scales with lvl. But i dont know for Rakan
and how much dmg he does when he charms?
LostFr0st1 votesACTIVE: Rakan enchants his coat with a captivating sheen for the next 4 seconds, dealing magic damage and charming each enemy he touches. Enemies can only be affected once. MAGIC DAMAGE: 100 / 200 / 300 (+ 50% AP) CHARM DURATION: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5
UnboundHades1 votesit also reduces his attack range from 300 to 50 which isn't in the tool tip
