Any reason why some of the more favorable Game Modes do not make it to the Rotating Game Modes more often? -Nemesis Draft (Pick Opponents Champion) -Doom Bots -One for All -One for All Mirror -Hexa Kill -Ultra Rapid Fire (Everyone's Favorite) -Black Market Brawlers -Definitely Not Dominion -Snow down show down
Lately its always: Ascension, Poro King, and Nexus Siege...[slayer-jinx-unamused]
Thoughts?
I think they're kept away until special occasions to keep players into the game, and those gamemodes are unique, and most popular. Ascension, Poro King and Nexus Siege are basically the same, since you need points to increase your chances to win, as well as getting ascended in ascension. You could say the same with Dark Star, but you kill them by throwing them into the dark star.
I'm pretty thrilled with the constant Ascension, personally. It's my favorite game mode by far.
Riot has already said that "Black Market Brawlers" probably won't return as it suffered from a split identity crisis.

Doom Bots was brought back for the Harrowing Event last year, and was seen on the PBE just recently so it may come back sooner.
URF is meant to be rarely seen and was reworked into ARURF.

-Ultra Rapid Fire (Everyone's Favorite)
Stale and boring with the stagnant lack of champ variety. ARURF was an attempt to refresh it.
-Black Market Brawlers
Addressed in the most recent Ask Riot. Basically, too much stuff going on in that mode with both items and minions to be satisfying.
-Snow down show down
Addressed way back when it first showed up. Too much time spent in queue, lobby, and loading; not enough time in-game. Plus, it was supposedly fairly unpopular.
