Citty wallpaper on "Wallpaper Engine"

So I love lol lore and the wallpapers are nice and all, but would it now be 100 times better if you created a wallpaper for a city and that its movable?

You could put easter eggs in it or randomly a champ in lol casing a random guy in the background or anything.

It would be cool to see like Piltover, Zaun, Demacia... daly life
