Hello,
I have nearly collected all of the lux skins, so I was wondering is it still possible to get Battle Academiav Lux Prestige Edition? Or is there a specific event it will be available again? And will riot add more prestige edition skins to the PE point shop?
Hopefully, somebody can help out.

What this means is the following skins WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for prestige points.
You can still obtain them through rerolls or in loot boxes with insane luck.
The skins that will be available are ones not tied to events such as

Those changes will not retroactively apply to 2018 or 2019 skins.
