Is Shaco the new king of supports for a single reason?

I discovered two nights ago as I played a game of Shaco support to see how effective he could be in the position, I discovered that he is capable of proc'ing Targon's (and other forms of the item) with his clone, not only able to proc it with his clone for his adc, but able to proc the execute with his clone for himself. Sure it wastes a potential heal for your adc and some gold share, but if you're stuck alone under tower as your adc buys, and need to get some of that precious gold that the mean ol' tower is gonna steal from you... BOOM, your bank has just been bailed out by congress once again and you get some safety net $$ cash moneyz to keep you in business! Woohoo!
