Rotating Game Mode is missing something

I love the RGMQ every weekend, just relax and play whatever stupid shit is out, and every always whines and complains "we want URF" "Make URF permanent" etc etc. However, there is a game I have noticed has never been in the queue http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/7/7b/Black_Market_Brawlers_mode.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150710154735 Black Market Brawlers This was some fun shit, mainly cause of all the added items, I likes the special Brawler minions, but what was really awesome was the music and the GP announcer (seriously riot, please make that available to purchase, just make alternate announcers, I will legit pay 975 RP for a new announcer) just pushed the pirate theme even further, c'mon let's go into those shady markets of Bilgewater again

I thought the mode had merit in its time, but the main concern I have is just how snowbally it was. Couple that with the super snowbally 20 minute stomps we already have and we're looking at 10 minute beatdowns.
