S rank on adc

I've been grinding lately trying to get my adc's to rank 7 and just can not get s ranks on them. I went 35-7-9 on lucian with 270 cs and got an s-. Is there any official way to get s rank?

at 40 you want to have at least 300, what is your vision score like? do you buy and place Control Wards whenever possible?

0 pink wards and 7 deaths are likely why you didn't get an S. Your kills really don't mean that much for grading.
