How to get demoted?

Okay so first of all, i'm sorry if i'm using wrong board Second, yes.. the question is real. Is there a way to get demoted? I want to go back to silver 1 / gold 5 without trolling or leaving. I am currently gold 3, i was gold 1. When i was lower division my games were better in terms of quality. Since i got into gold 1 my games became worse than games vs bots. I don't say im the best player in the universe but every game since i came to gold 1 is like 50/0 for our team our 0/50 for theirs in team ills, no quality plays or anything, platinum 5 wannabes think they're the best and always rage and go 1v5.

There is a solution to play normal but i can only play in the mornings and there are no draft picks in the morning for some stupid reason, and blind is frustrating IMO.[zombie-nunu-bummed]
