Azir on annie
This has probably been asked/ i'm probably just dumb, but why does azir's W (Arise!), as a sort of extension of his basic attack, not proc the damage from annie's E (Molten Shield)?

His soldiers apply on-spell effects (i.e. Rylai's Crystal Scepter) and don't apply on-hit effect s(i.e. Nashor's Tooth).
Since they don't apply on-hit effects, they don't trigger the return damage from Thornmail, Defensive Ball Curl, or Molten Shield.
