Jhin-like passives

Its really good introduction to new kind of passives,like Graves,Corki,and now the Virtuoso,Jhin. It's absolutely amazing and they're completely changing champion itself.We could used to get more of them.

Especially melee champions.I'd be amazing if we get melee champion that has some "changes" on his autoattacks.
