Game broken but decides tft will fix it???

Honestly wondering why they decide to release tft? legit your game is broken FIX IT . I bet that all the balancing team went on vacation for season 8-9 and came back to release tft. Like honestly you guys want to release another game when the game in front of you is so bad. The balancing team is bad enough the "riot employees" or just programmed robots that check the reports don't do a thing. You wonder why players are getting mad and toxic? maybe because the players on their team in the wrong elo or yet again the bad balancing team. You know id rather have a better game with right people in the right mmr playing against me if match making took 10 minutes i'd still play. Do you know how many times I reported someone that afked and inted? Do you know how many went through? I also wonder what Riot was thinking of when they released tft, like how can you not release the servers are going to blow up??? are they even trying to help anyone at this point?

You guys are a joke. Cinematic team, Skin team, and hope and the only thing keeping me from quitting this game.

The checkbox on things you've done ☐ The actually game ☐ Fire every single person in the balancing team ☐ actually have a match making system that doesn't take 2 minutes to que up and lose the game in the blink of an eye. ( quality over quantity ) making the community more toxic! ☐ to stop a possible release on another game and FIX THE ONE THATS BROKEN making the community more toxic! ☐ The machines that check the reports you give like none of them actually go through making the community more toxic! ☐ minon block? why is that even a thing if you can't fix it making the community more toxic ☐ getting trolls out of the game or ( the machines that don't even try ot report people that int and are afk) making the community more toxic ☐ to actually have people instead of robots in the reporting sections so they actually take a look at the report instead of taking a glance and go back to playing another game making the community more toxic just waiting till they realize "Oh we made a mistake... Oh well let's hope the cinematic team can cover for us"
