I can handle plenty of terrible matchups, but LB seems like one where I simply can't have a laning phase.
So I'm just looking for general tips on how to deal with her. My strategy so far has just been to push wave with q and farm like that. Two timewinders can reliably clear back minions.
But is there any type of counterplay I should be aware of? A lot of her stuff is more telegraphed now, but it seems lb landing her snare is a lot more scary now.

That's about all you could do, just farm with q and play safe. Be sure to keep an eye on her passive and build abyssal scepter first and once you get abyssal and 1 more item you should be good to go. What build do you go?
LeBlanc is utter trash tier. Just rush abyssal, farm with your Q like normal and win.
Oh and if you can't dodge a chain with a dash then sucks to be you, but even without a super low cooldown dash, a fake left or fake right will dodge 90% of those chains.
leblanc counters ekko, my advice is:
Rush zhonyas in case you get caught by chains,
Take cleanse instead of ignite.
Try to anticipate leblancs dashes , use parallel convergence on the spot she dashes from to force her to flash or use her ult-dash when you counter attack her.
Dont try to kill her just survive and keep her in lane so she doesn't go roam to the bot lane.
Always stay by a teammate after the laning phase. leblanc is an assassin and thrives off picking off people that are alone
