I can handle plenty of terrible matchups, but LB seems like one where I simply can't have a laning phase.
So I'm just looking for general tips on how to deal with her. My strategy so far has just been to push wave with q and farm like that. Two timewinders can reliably clear back minions.
But is there any type of counterplay I should be aware of? A lot of her stuff is more telegraphed now, but it seems lb landing her snare is a lot more scary now.

This board is just terrible for trying to actually give decent advice or talk like an adult. Anyone who tries to say anything that hasn't already been said 1000 times just gets downvoted. Any post that isn't about Yasuo or Vayne gets downvoted.
It's like the collective IQ of the board is less than room temperature and everyone is also under 12 years old.
What's the point of actually having a meaningful discussion and actually giving thought-out replies if nobody ever reads it and it just gets downvoted?

I mean if you go to Reddit or even Mobafire, they have forums where actual discussions take place. There are entire subreddits dedicated to single champions and even when someone expresses an unpopular opinion, it might get downvoted, but somebody will always reply with a cogent response of why they disagree, and back and forth conversations happen. Good luck having an intelligent discussion about an unpopular opinion here. Or an intelligent discussion at all.
Ever since this board got changed to a quasi-reddit wannabe forum, the quality of posts just plummeted. It's something about official forums in general for anything. It's not even about being mad, it's just ridiculous how everyone seems to run around covering their ears going "LALALA I CANT HEAR YOU" if someone dares to talk about anything other than Yasuo, and these same idiots people wonder why twitter trolls get elected president.

Oh and if you can't dodge a chain with a dash then sucks to be you, but even without a super low cooldown dash, a fake left or fake right will dodge 90% of those chains.

Rush zhonyas in case you get caught by chains,
Take cleanse instead of ignite.
Try to anticipate leblancs dashes , use parallel convergence on the spot she dashes from to force her to flash or use her ult-dash when you counter attack her.
Dont try to kill her just survive and keep her in lane so she doesn't go roam to the bot lane.
Always stay by a teammate after the laning phase. leblanc is an assassin and thrives off picking off people that are alone
