Smart Casting Abilities and Moving Queue

I've been smartcasting for years, shift-q and with this recent patch I now noticed that my last move command is queued after I smart cast I keep moving in that direction.....is there any way to turn this feature off, I do not care for it. Thanks all. I play a lot of Cassiopeia and having my movement queued up feels pretty awkward.

Ah it's a "BUG FIX."

-Similar to Ryze, Cassiopeia now retains her previous movement or attack command after E - Twin Fang's cast finishes.

I greatly dislike this new "FIX."
