Theres so many things that can make lucian a good ad again . The most common ones are the range buffs which imo would be pretty good. Give him 50 range on autos and the q range back(maybe with a cut) Also a 2 sec cd of his e would be good aswell cause we would put 3 points into e and max w for aditional damage.
Please implement some kind of a buff to him :(

singiel381 votesIt's not big buff. +20 ad and some percent dmg of passive, he is still susceptible to poke. He used to be lane bully, but actually it's pretty easy to dodge his q. And animation cancelling on him requires some skill.

singiel381 votesBut lucian can't go for trade if for example cait is kiting him and he can't even make 1 autoattack he is just having more free damage. Lucian player will only hit with q if has bad player, so his games depends on luck.

I had that situation but i was cait and when he was farming i was poking and he couldn't do anything... With 150 range advantage then sorry. With this q: Okay you are saying truth, but i still think it should have at least cropped range before his hard nerf. Or get this 50 range more.
SeaGodUrronuos1 votesThen farm under turret, if you have that much ego that you cant even farm under turret you don't deserve to play league, not to mention her q is so easy to dodge since its not instant has tavel and charge time, the animation changes before anything happends and atleast with luc q its only a charge up that's like .5 seconds
singiel381 votesPoking under turret is here too. If she buy boots, she can poke and run. Even try to E. I'll compare her range and turret range: 775 vs 650. If she has 325 m without boots still she probably would to poke and run. And when will lucian have low hp by poking, cait would actually ult. Farming under tower is sadly harder. And if lucian will e, cait will e too... :/ Cait will still eat lucian.
