In all seriousness there is no way those buffs will go through but holy hell do they feel good.
Infinite stacking mana and empowered autos are insane on her and I love it...
Kind of happy to see her gameplay sort of reflect her lore now as a witch so powerful an entire country fears her.
I really hope they stick. I've had pretty good luck so far, in picking up,champions right before they take a hit, then get a solid rework that makes them more fun and more balanced Lissandra Take My Luck
Really though, just OBSERVING the changes feels so much better. Its really nice to see that kind of an intuitive bonus on a battle mage, particularly one so keen on squaring up to Assassins. It feels like a reward for using her abilities in creative and efficient ways, and in a really impactful manner. I hope they ship those changes, even if they have to tweak numbers to do it.
She's going to get played top in LCS or Worlds again and get gutted. Just watch.

I feel like the buffs will go through and lich bane will suddenly become a required item (testing on pbe. 1100 dmg auto's with a lich bane and about 800 stacks) but frankly these buffs just feel better than her old passive
my favorite part is how she'll be even less fair to play against as a melee champ :') good job riot
