Good lord elo matches are rediculous

Ok. So maybe three years or so years ago there wasn't a problem. Now that I'm a little bit better, where do all these scripters and bots come from. The blinks into the screens, the circle formatters, the spam bots when spam bots don't exist? Hard to play in higher elo these days it seems cause every move you make has a robot in front of you at all times. Any care or concern from a riot employee from a customer that is completely aware that the lag is bogus as the champion behind just instantly falls behind me? Dammmmn. Would love to get a higher elo, can't even get stuck in gold these days.
