Fizz Ultimate "Chum The Waters" - Clarity

If I could ask, It seems Fizz's ultimate "Chum the Waters" is lacking clarity. See there are a lot of champions who have Big arrows for certain abilities and while that may be okay on someone were a Line-shot is obvious cause its infinite range (Aka, Ashe, Jinx, Ezreal), Fizz has a Very long range(Not infinite) ultimate that when used for the most part does not have a well defined max range from fizz, unless you know the exact units which is still a long shot because you can't compare where you are in relation to that Max Range. (Aka The Circles that you find commonly around characters for some spells).

While you can just throw the fish out as far back behind the enemy as possible, its still not giving good clarity as to where exactly your going to throw the fish. Thus, I would think that Fizz should be given such a Circle to show the max range of the fish WITH the arrow under him depending on whether you are on Smartcast or Regular cast (Whether this is Click or Button then Click changes this a little).
