[ARAM] Disable Kled in Champ Select

So that's a little post about Kled in ARAM.
As you probably know Kled changes its form when he passes under a certain among of HP. This form is absolutely vulnerable, especially against poke, CC, and multiple ennemies, and offers very little way to escape. Rules to make Kled come back to its normal form :
- last hit minions
- hit ennemies
- back at base
In normal games, these three actions are doable.
- Last hit minions : there's no ennemy around, free farm. There are at most 2 persons on your lane, stay safe near your turret and try to last hit.
- Hit ennemies : you're in a trade that doesn't imply too much ennemies, you've lost your first form but the trade is still manageable because your ennemy is low / a mate is coming / you hit and run.
- Back at base : after a difficult trade or tf, you managed to stay alive but it would be too risky to stay (or you simply need some stuff). So you back.
Now let's get to the point : the issue with Kled in ARAM.
First, the shitty form of Kled in ARAM makes him TOTALY useless. He stays low hp, being ultra vulnerable to every form of poke, its reduced movement speed make it harder to dodge. He is also vulnerable to any kind of cc, and if someone rushes him with a snowball he'll be sure to die. His range is ridiculous, and he can't do anything without being immediately under ennemy fire.
"Yeah, like any melee champ that would be low life" i can hear. Except that in this form, Kled has absolutely no spell to engage or make a play. Absolutely. Nothing. And where a melee champ can temporize and regen with its stuff or whith the heals on the map, Kled can't. He's limited to its 20% HP.
Secondly, noone of the actions required to pass to the normal form is correctly doable.
- Last hit minions : your mates are perma pushing/depushing to maintain the pressure, and they don't really give a fuck about letting you last hit.
- Hit ennemies : HAHAHA. Nope. Not when you're 20% HP with no way to engage them (except your snowball, but even after you use it you have nothing to make plays, like I just said earlier), and no way to desengage.
- Back at base : Too bad, it's an ARAM. So nope.
So as a Kled in ARAM :
- You spend more than 50% of your game to be totaly useless, trying to last hit minions under turret with your Q.
- Or you can make some actions in normal form, and when you run into shitty form, you int to come back in your normal form, without having the opportunity to make a play while dying (meaning that you'll "freely" die a disproportionate amount of times).
- And maybe, if your game isn't ruined by this pick Kled, you'll have the opportunity to buy some sustain and tanky stuff, to delay the moment when you'll run into this second form.
Absolutely nothing in this is a good experience to play with.
So i'd like to know if it would be possible to disable Kled in ARAM, or to adjust him to make him playable.
