related to Normal MMR

Riot should decrease the amount of the change in increasing/decreasing mmr(normal game only) because sometimes i win 810games straight or lose 810. I think its cuz my normal mmr jump around too much and so i get paired with people (both team) that either they are too good or bad. I thought its just luck of the day but i been playing lol for almost a year now and so my skill isnt increasing much now and im still getting straight 8~10 games lose or win.
