Lucian needs a buff

I cant believe i just wasted 6300 ip on a weak adc that cant do much damage, needs to get up close to cast spells and has a terrible ultimate that does no damage unless you somehow lock it onto the adc which is hard because minions get in the way, just increase his damage, return his attack range and rework his q, his w also does no damage so i never put a point into it and this guy still dies easily.

I want to be refunded or i want them to fix this champion
