GP barrels when they crit with the triforce proc have the potential to deal such massive AOE damage that they can single handedly win a team fight. Combine that with relative easiness of farming, sustain, CC removal and an AOE ultimate that can be used anywhere on the map to turn fights around at the higher ELOs you've got yourself a real monster.

gank plank just got gutted by nerf shark, he was drunk after a night out with his drinking buddy gragas and he was walking on the plank to his pirate ship and fell off and a nerf shark gutted him... RIP

and none of those nerfs affect the real issue he has which is his barrels procing item 3078 and ignoreing 40% armor + his passive dealing true damage making it near impossible to build defensively vs him, and his Q giving 10 gold from the bandit passive when the passive CLEARLY states it only gives 3 gold for ranged moves.

the nerfs to his base hp is good i dont care for the nerf to his E? whatever heals him removes debuffs/cc and the cd on his ult is longer so he cant get more free asst while farming

but the barrel and gold income thing is the real issue , youre right

but if he has lower hp you can abuse him more early and get kill pressure compared to before
