Taric Rework: Keeping Shatter

In 's Rework, can we keep his w and not let it be changed to another ability.

Taric's W is the only ability to give armor passively to allies, so he can let allies be tanky against ad champions. It also scales with armor so Taric can build armor and let his allies have armor as well. It can also reduce the enemies' armor if activated close enough.

In my experience, AD champions tend to be the majority of teams in my games. With taric's W, he can allow his allies to stick in fights a little more and slap those players to the ground
